WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVE MEASURES?

Companies with 50 or more workers must reserve 2% of their workforce for people with disabilities or, as an exception, they can adopt the alternative measures provided by in Royal Decree 364/2005.

WILL YOU JOIN US?

If you are a company, ONCE Foundation will advise you and accompany you in complying with the 2% reserve quota and the alternative measures, offering you the possibility of making donations to ONCE Foundation's training and employment programmes for people with disabilities.
