Natalia has an intellectual disability and works at the Melia Hotel.

While using a tablets (tabletas) and an app called ITCSE, Natalia can achieve her objectives, while attaining greater autonomy and proficiency with her job coach. Her doubts, her daily routines and, ultimately, her integration has been made easier. Her colleagues see her as just another workmate.

ITCSE is an app development project for tablets, whose purpose is to leverage new technologies so as to develop an assistance app for Supported Employment (SE).
