Por que solicitamos o seu NIF?

Segundo a lei, debemos informar ás Axencias Tributarias cunha lista de todas as doazóns e doadores cada ano. Por este motivo, necesitamos ver o documento de identidade de cada doante que desexe solicitar deducións fiscais.

NOTA (1): En el caso de donaciones realizadas a través de cuenta bancaria, para que el donante pueda aplicarse los beneficios fiscales, la donación que se realiza tiene el carácter de irrevocable.

NOTA (2): Fundación ONCE emitirá un certificado por la donación recibida a los efectos exclusivos de aplicar las deducciones fiscales legalmente establecidas, y se remitirá al donante a principios del año siguiente al que se ha efectuado la donación.
