#GIVINGTUESDAY CHILDREN WITH CANCER
The National Meeting of Youth with Cancer is one of the central activities of the Comprehensive Care Program for Youth with that has developed CHILDREN WITH CANCER since 2002 and that has assisted more than 750 young people. Its main objective is to motivate autonomy, self-esteem and social integration of adolescents who have lived with the disease during the 12-day meeting.
The meeting is based on a psycho-social therapy for adolescents living with cancer, where the professionals of the CHILDREN WITH CANCER Associations work throughout the year. CHILDREN WITH CANCER is in support of our youngsters to have an active role in their day-to-day activities, acquiring behaviours that facilitate and normalise their development as adolescents, something that we will achieve due to the donations collected during #GivingTuesday.
Your donations can help us achieve the 10,000 euros to cover the expenses of 20 adolescence and to accompany us for the upcoming 2017 meeting to be held in June. Collaborate! Share this project #GivingTuesday.
