HEARING AIDS: A WORLD WITHOUT BARRIERS
A Hearing aids is an external prosthesis that uses a microphone to capture the sound of the environment and speech. It processes and amplifies sound and adapts it to the type of hearing loss experienced by each user.
It allows the person with hearing disability to access information and knowledge and benefit from other additional complementary devices. All this supports autonomy and inclusion in all areas.
Raquel has a hearing disability and works at the Department of Health in the Community of Madrid and thanks to her hearing aid she can perform her duties as usual.
How many hearing aids can we get for €3,000?We can provide one adult with a hearing aid.
